Terms & Conditions – Classes

 

  1.  Your Membership can only be activated via the Arbox / La Rouge App once payment has been made. 
  2.  Please send all POP’s to info@larouge.co.za 
  3. Your membership is valid for 1 month from the start of enrollment date or date stipulated. 
  4. Memberships will not automatically renew. 
  5. Should you wish to renew your membership, please ensure payment is done before the expiration of your existing membership so that there are no delays for booking classes.
  6. Once payment is received you will be reactivated on the system. 
  7. Late payments will result in late activation. 
  8. You may pre-book your weekly classes up to 1 month in advance to ensure that you are always booked in for your preferred classes.
  9. You may cancel a pre-booked class up to 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin.  If you cancel the pre-booked class within the allocated time given, the class credit will be re-added to your package. You can then book another class.
  10. If you do not cancel a booking in time, the class will be deducted from your package. No Refunds or Catch Up Class can be scheduled. 
  11. No refunds or credits for booked classes that you could not attend and did not cancel in time.
  12. To avoid disappointment and being turned away from a fully booked class, please be sure to book your classes ahead of time. 
  13. You will unfortunately not be allowed to enter a Fully Booked class if you did not pre-book. 
  14. You will have access to all schedules to all our locations, please just be aware of which class you are attending at which location.
  15. No credits or Refunds for classes booked incorrectly
  16. All packages are limited to the specified number of classes per week and cannot be carried over from week to week. Therefore please ensure that you attend all your classes each week. 
  17. For whichever reason you are unable to attend classes, please note that No Classes can be put on Hold or carried over. 
  18. We will allow a few exceptions to place memberships on hold, including Medical Emergencies,  Family Emergencies and Sick leave, for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 2 weeks. We cannot credit classes for anything less than 1 week. 
  19. All Pro / Premium / Elite Packages include a Free Bonus Package of 4 Classes per month. These classes can be used anytime throughout the month and you are not restricted to only 1 x class per week. The Bonus classes will allow you to select/ book only from the Burlesque, Stretch and Zumba Classes. The package will NOT  allow you to book any Aerial or Pole Classes. Please be sure to then use your Bonus Package for the non Pole or Aerial Classes. 
  20. Should you wish to have a more flexible package that allows for travel and drop in classes as you become available within 3 months, please chat to your La Rouge Instructors about the New Free Flow Package.
