We do what we never imagined possible and we express our divine sensuality through dance which gives us as women the confidence to take on anything that comes our way with grace.

My Name is Angelique Gerber. By day I work as the marketing/studio manager of La Rouge as well as pole dance, Aerial Hoop & Burlesque instructor.
I’ve been dancing since I was 5 years old and started dancing professionally in 2004. I’ve performed In various Casino extravaganzas & corporate events.
I started my pole dancing adventure in 2014 and aerial arts in 2015 and have been doing it ever since.
Performing and being on stage is my absolute passion and to share my passion with other women, to help build their confidence, is what makes my heart SO happy!

My name is Chivonne,I have been performing professionally for the last 6 years in pole and aerial theatre shows both locally and internationally.
I started pole fitness 8 years ago. Pole tested my limits and pushed me more than I had ever been pushed before, I was hooked instantly.
As an instructor, I enjoy focusing on the more ‘tricky’ side of pole dancing. Through doing this I have helped many beautiful women accomplish things they never knew possible and have helped them in building their own superhero confidence!

I am a pole dance teacher who had no background in dance, fitness, or movement when I started my journey.
I love teaching and nothing beats teaching a beginner, seeing the spark in their eyes after their first class, to know we have lit a fire that will change their life.
Pole is life-changing. It teaches you to enjoy the process instead of feeling embarrassed of not getting something right straight away, and that no matter where you stand you are ENOUGH!

My Name is Jason & I have a deep passion for movement & dance. Dancing helped me live my truth. I was very very lost, anxious, and depressed before I started dancing. Once I started, I began to love the person looking back at me in the mirror.
My hope is that those who partake in my classes meet their true selves there! I want them to leave the world behind and enjoy being anything they want in their time in my class.
Whether that be confident, calm, sexy, sassy or just to be, I hope they take small parts of that into their everyday lives after each class.

Hi beautiful people my name is Chandre. My pole journey started just over a year ago. I have been dancing since the age of three and have tried many different sports over the years.
For me, pole dancing is just another kind of experience you get to combine dance and exercise all in one go. It brings a whole new level of self-confidence and tones your whole body.

Aerial Hoop & Silks Instructor
My happy place is definitely in the air and upside down! I started aerial in 2016 and have never looked back! I absolutely love assisting others in their aerial goals and enjoy finding fun and creative ways to stay fit. I taught aerial hoop and silks internationally in 2018, ran away with the circus in 2019 and started competing in 2021. My goal is to help others achieve their dreams in their aerial career, because I know those good and bad days well enough to high five you on your great days and hold you up on the days that you need a supportive coach who has your back! Let’s point those toes and achieve those dreams together!

Hi! My name is Shazia, and I am a tax practitioner by profession. I’ve been doing pole fitness for the past 3 years and all I can say is, pole made me a better person!
Pole fitness brings joy to my soul & has brought out a different side of me… I feel confident, in control, and powerful!
My goal as a pole fitness instructor is to positively change the relationship we have with our bodies, appreciate what our bodies are capable of, explore our sensuality, and the way we view other women.

My name is Claudia I started my dance career at age 5. I went on to study musical theatre, increasing my dance vocabulary to include jazz and contemporary.
I have worked in the entertainment industry as a singer, dancer, actor, and voice artist, with several award nominations along the way.
I have competed in and won several local and international competitions, including the World Pole Championships and the Arnold Classic. I now teach pole for all levels and continue to perform in pole and various other aerial disciplines.
I can’t wait for you to join my classes!
