Want to achieve both flexibility and strength in flexion and extension? This is the class for you! Basic stretch with added conditioning exercises to build strong flexible bodies. This class with work through the main flexibility stretches including, front splits, middle splits, hamstrings, hip flexors, backs and shoulders. Suitable for all beginner to intermediate level flexibility.
