Pole Basix

Its new, it’s exciting, it’s a phenomenal full body workout! Introduce your body to new movements and be rewarded with total body confidence.

A high energy Pole Basix dance workout will encourage full body engagement and guarantee the results all women long for.

Learn the basix of Pole Dancing including but not limited to Pole Spins, Inversions and Climbing - Over 100 Pole Basix Moves to learn. Also Included in the Pole Basix class is a simple introduction to pole fluidity; such as walks, hip movements, poses and transition moves otherwise known as Pole Poise.

6-12 Months of Pole Basix will prepare you to advance forward to our Pole Trix Class. 

Pole FLOW ~ In the Pole Basix Flow class you can expect non-stop dancing! A high energy cardio class that will focus mainly on movements/poses on and around the pole.

Pole CONDITIONING ~ In the Pole Basix Conditioning class you can expect a slower pace as we focus more on the technique and conditioning.

Take Pole Basix to the next level with our Pole Trix advanced class. Intense pole fitness and advanced pole movements will satisfy your addiction to pole dancing and boost your body confidence physically and mentally. The focus of Pole Trix is not only to improve body strength and fitness through advanced movements but also to demonstrate the art of pole fluidity.

6-12 Months of Pole Trix will prepare you to advance forward to our Pro Pole Trix Class.

Forever fit and fabulous! Created from modern dance, we have spiced up your fitness and initiated a daringly sexy, high energy, full body workout, dance class. Burlesque Fitness will focus on toning all areas from tip to toe and shaping your body and confidence for life. This is by far the most exciting and exhilarating form of fitness and most definitely the best suited for all women of all ages and all curves. Every month a new prop will be introduced into the class to allow you to explore the wild side of burlesque. 6-12 Months of Burlesque Basix will prepare you to advance forward to our Advanced Burlesque Fitness Class.

Learn the ART of Body Talk! The advanced Burlesque Fitness Class will inspire new creativity and tasteful art of flirty dance, using all surroundings and props available and imaginable. Learn to release your passion for dance through dance and movement and explore new characters and personas as you perform choreographed routines. Heels are a requirement for this class, therefore all students must be familiar with the Basic Burlesque movements. Enquire for Workshop Dates & Details.

Much like Pole Dancing, Aerial Dance is a uniquely captivating form of art! However, this is no ordinary swing on a pole, wrapping and intertwining the fabric silks around your body requires strength and grace. Through Aerial Dance you will encourage upper body strength, core engagement and both physical and mental endurance.  This class is open to juniors from ages 12+.

Achieve a peaceful mind and healthy body through slow movement and deep breathing. Stretching benefits all areas of the body and mind with poses that will increase flexibility, strength, stamina and release tensions or stress, as well as redirect thoughts for positive influences and effects on the body and your everyday life.

There is NO STRIPPING involved in our fitness classes! Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. For Pole Dance, shorts are recommended and high heels are optional. These classes are about improving your fitness, having fun & feeling great about your body, regardless of size, shape or age. You will not be required to do anything you feel uncomfortable about.
